Payment & cancellation.
Payment
Quotes are issued in USD. We accept wire transfer, Zelle, and major credit cards. A 30% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due on the day of service.
Cancellation
Cancellations more than 72 hours before the booking are fully refundable. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is held. Inside 24 hours, the full amount is held. Weather and safety cancellations on our side are always refunded in full.
Changes
Itinerary changes are free up to 24 hours before service. Inside 24 hours we will accommodate where possible.
